I write fiction about the quiet violences we inherit and the strange ways we survive them. My work moves between the literary and the speculative, often circling masculinity, myth, grief, worship, erasure, and the thin membrane between the sacred and the grotesque. I’m less interested in tidy arcs than in pressure — the kind that builds slowly and changes the air in a room.
I’m drawn to stories that blur genre and resist neat moral conclusions. Bodies matter. Atmosphere matters. The unsaid matters most of all.
Currently completing my MA in Creative Writing at the University of Bristol, I’m seeking representation for a:
- 60k speculative/horror literary fiction
- 60k literary short story collection
- 14k (170 pages) trade non-fiction anxiety support book
